AccommodationsCheck out our Guestbook here. Click on images below to enlarge. Our cottage is cute, simple, and warmly decorated. We want you to feel as comfortable in our home as we do when we visit so we've paid attention to details! The kitchen is fully supplied with cookware, bakeware, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. A number of cookbooks are on hand and even some prize recipes left by previous guests! The flooring was replaced in May of 2006. The dining room can comfortably seat six. The back wall has a large picture window and glass door so you can sit and drink your coffee while watching the critters out back. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The smaller bedroom has twin-sized bunk beds. The living room has a new queen-sized sofa bed that is very comfortable for sleeping. Plenty of blankets are on hand to keep you cozy. There is one bathroom, with all new fixtures and flooring in May of 2006.
We have collected together a small library of books and maps for your pleasure. They will be of interest to someone new to the area (and those returning!). We have local history books, field guides, novels and miscellaneous others. We also have quite a number of board games such as Scrabble, Monopoly, Fact or Crap, etc. Four decks of playing cards ensure your ability to play a number of games such as Cribbage, a New England staple. We provide a book on card game rules that should keep everyone honest! Binocculars are on hand for birders, as well as a brand new spotting scope. We have compiled a couple of binders for your use that are packed full of information about things to see and do. Paula has made notations of her favorite places, and guests add their comments as well! If you absolutely must watch television, we provide basic cable, DVD, and a VCR (that may qualify as an antique).
