Phoebe's Patience is a non-smoking property. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our land to reduce fire hazard.

Check-in: after 3 p.m. Saturday
Check-out: before 10 a.m. Saturday

We offer a $100 discount for rentals of two weeks in length or longer.

Rates:

$625 per week May through September.
$675 per week October through April.
$400 per 3-day weekend May through September; $425 per 3-day weekend October through April.
June 14-22, 2008 "Laconia Motorcycle Week" $1,200. $200 discount for vendors!
NH Rooms & Meals tax of 8% will be added to the total.
Personal checks or cashier's checks are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy: A 30-day cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit, less a 15% reservation cancellation fee. With less than 30 days’ notice, a refund will be given only if the cottage is re-rented for the same or greater period of time.

Deposits: A Damage/Security Deposit equal to ½ of the anticipated rental must be received within two weeks after we have confirmed your reservation. This deposit will be held as a damage/security deposit and is not used as part of the rental. The entire rental fee is due one month prior to the rental date. Upon check-out, our agent will inspect the premises for any damage. If no damage is found, we will happily refund the full deposit amount within 30 days of your departure.

Absolutely no more than 6 individuals.

Well-behaved children are always welcome.

While we love animals of every sort, not everybody does. Therefore, we must regrettably prohibit pets except certified service animals. Certified service animals must have a certificate of health from the veterinarian on record, as well as documentation of current flea prevention prescription medication.
